What time is check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Should you require an early check-in or late check-out, please discuss this with our reception team; additional fees may apply.

Can I book online or by phone?

Yes. You can book directly through our website or by calling our reception team during office hours. We recommend booking early during holidays and events like the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers.

Can I check in after hours?

Absolutely. If you’ll be arriving late, just give us a call during the day and we’ll provide easy instructions for after-hours check-in.

What types of accommodation do you offer?

We offer a range of comfortable, self-contained cabins plus spacious powered caravan and camping sites. Our cabins vary from studio to family-sized options, all with kitchens, bathrooms, and air-conditioning.

We also offer pet-friendly cabins. 

Are linen and towels provided in cabins?

Yes. All cabins come fully equipped with fresh linen, towels, and basic kitchen essentials.

Do you have pet-friendly accommodation?

Yes. Selected sites and cabins are pet-friendly. Please contact us before booking to confirm availability and pet guidelines.

What facilities are available at the park?

Guests enjoy access to clean amenities with hot showers, a camp kitchen, BBQ areas, a laundry, and plenty of open space to relax.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the park so you can stay connected during your stay.

How far is the park from Toowoomba city centre?

We’re conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from the city centre, close to shops, cafés, and local attractions.

Where can I buy groceries or supplies?

Several supermarkets and convenience stores are located nearby. Our team can point you to the closest option when you check in.
